Our story began in 1955 when Walter Holmes and his wife Evelyn, began Walter Holmes Electric in their hometown of Dunn, NC. A family business now operating under their son, Dewayne Holmes, has been continuously growing for 65 years. He is joined by our dedicated and experienced team that strives to produce the best quality work on every job.
We started as a small residential lighting company, but over the years have tailored our focus to sports and outdoor lighting, installation, and maintenance. Our work can be seen across the state of North Carolina in many major municipalities, school systems, and university settings.
As we start this new decade, we hope to grow the WHE family even more and continue lighting a quality future for all of those in North Carolina.
